Impact focuses on substance abuse with any of the following: alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and other mind-altering substances.
Our Phase 1 offers a 35-day stay at our facility. However, we have a continuum of programs that can allow clients to stay up to a full year with us.
Our staff is one of the main forces that sets Impact apart from other recovery programs. With our client-to-staff ratio nearing almost 1:1, Impact residents receive individualized and quality care from each director, specialist and counselor. Not only that, but the families of our clients also know their designated director, counselor and recovery coach individually and get updates weekly. Our staff is also unique in that everyone on the Recovery Team is living the way of life we teach. Many of our staff are alumni that have actually been through the Impact program and have been very successful. The culture that has been created is very different from most places in the country. We make recovery an exciting and positive experience!
Yes, we have specifically created our Executive track for just this. We know being a professional, it can be hard to get away and find the time and space necessary for recovery. We have created a specific recovery program that allows this type of individual to be able to access their phone or computer during certain time blocks each day with staff supervision. We hope this helps even more individuals see recovery as a real option for them and eliminates more of the road blocks standing between people and a substance-free life.

Absolutely! We have found it extremely important to help families understand this disease and what their loved one is up against.
Families of Impact residents receive:
We also utilize the family component of the 12 Steps program, “Paths to Recovery, Al-Anon’s Steps, Traditions and Concepts” book and companion workbook. Family members are given the opportunity to go through the 12 steps of Al-anon while their family member attends Impact.
“Impactful Families” was designed to support our families while at the same time providing a working group of self exploration and education related to the disease of alcoholism and addiction. Members “work the steps” in a facilitated virtual group setting. In addition, guest speakers from the Impact staff share in-depth about the 4th Step inventory process their loved ones are experiencing on-site at Impact. Once family members have completed the Al-Anon 12 step process, they will have the opportunity to sponsor other new family members and facilitate groups, planting the seeds of recovery and nurturing an ongoing Impact on others struggling with addiction.

About a week’s worth of athletic or athleisure clothes will do! There are many activities to do on the grounds, so comfortable, casual clothes are what most individuals opt to bring. We will provide bedding and towels, but if you would like to bring your own, that is certainly welcome. Some like to bring a favorite blanket in the colder months.
Yes; we have a designated PO Box specifically for client mail and packages.
Our Executive Track clients will get access to personal devices during specific time blocks with staff supervision. We do not allow personal devices like cell phones and laptops in our Phase 1 Impact Renewal program for our regular track clients. However, we do provide landline phones and a client computer that our clients may use if staff finds it appropriate. We do have restricted days and times for this use.
We encourage visitation during a client’s family session. We offer these after a 5th step is completed by the client.
Impact does not have a detox on site. We can help get an individual to a premiere detox facility that does accept insurance. We require clients to be fully detoxed before they enter into our Phase 1 program (Impact Renewal).
By appointment only.
