Shaun is originally from Birmingham, AL and comes from a large, loving family. He was heavily involved in sports growing up and always had an interest in culinary arts. He pursued training at a culinary school and has thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has always been a very driven and focused individual.

However, in his early 30’s alcohol and drugs became a problem that he could not solve on his own. He had tried to get help prior coming to Impact but it was not sufficient. Coming through the Impact program, he went through the intensive 12 step process and had a life changing experience. Through this process he has seen a profound change in all of his relationships, his finances, his personal life, and his spiritual life.

Shaun is a significant addition to our time and his likeable personality is contagious. What he enjoys most is spending time with the clients and watching them grow. He is always willing to put out a helping hand to a staff member or client. He excels in communication, attentive listening, attention to detail, and organization. These skills are invaluable in his capacity as Operations Manager.
